What are the standard shipping charges?

A standard shipping fee of INR 200 is applied for all PAN india orders

Yes. We do provide international shipping. (Shipping charges to be borne by the customer.)

 

How many days would shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 8-10 working days.

 

How many days would a ‘made to order’ product take to be delivered?

'Made to order' designs may take time depending on the design. (Minimum 14 days).

 

How to take care of our products? 

Our garments are delicate and require proper care. You can follow the below mentioned steps to increase the life of the products:​

• Do not handwash. 

• Only Dry clean.

• There is always a wash care label attached to the garment.

What do I do if my shipment is tampered?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please send us pictures of the damaged product immediately by mailing it us on info@akashi.in or WhatsApp us on 9833371624. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
